Introducing “Recommended For You” on GlassPass

We’re rolling out a brand-new way for you to find exactly what you’re looking for on GlassPass: introducing the “Recommended For You” feed!

This smart, personalized feed learns from your browsing activity, likes, and interactions to bring you a consistently-improving selection of glass art tailored just for you. The more you use GlassPass, the better your recommendations become. 

We’ve also refined the Explore page, combining it with your existing homepage. Categories are now even clearer and easier to navigate, making your browsing experience smoother and more enjoyable. The search bar is still quickly accessible and you can still browse all listings whenever you like.

A minor, yet helpful, improvement we added with this update is Address Verification. When checking out, buyers are prompted to use the "official" postal version of their shipping address. This prevents typos and ensures the address is valid, reducing shipping problems. 

This update also includes the Delisting system from last month, which automatically retires inactive/outdated posts. This prevents dead listings, but still gives sellers the option to relist for free, bumping the post to the top and updating the posted date.

Lastly, alongside Delisting was the release of the new smart Category system. Categories of pieces are now organized and tiered, vastly improving the ability for specificity of tags while maintaining broad search capabilities.
